CutArc browser stitch fonts, revision 1

These packs adapt the fonts bundled with Ink/Stitch 3.3.0 into exact-size,
pre-digitized glyph needle plans for browser lettering. Each permitted integer
scale was digitized separately; the browser does not stretch finished stitches.
Changes: supported Latin/punctuation/ligature subset, compressed JSON needle
coordinates and font metrics, browser layout, trims between glyphs.
