Print the pictures, then cut their matching outlines. The paper and mat previews share the same layout.
Select several pictures at once, or add more later. Set a size and quantity for each design, then nest them together on one sheet. Adding pictures or rearranging a printed sheet requires a new print.
1. Print artwork · actual sizeGreen = safe print area. Guides and cut lines do not print.
2. Place paper on mat · ↑ top toward cutterWhite = paper. Pink = cut outlines. Guides do not cut.
Use 100% / actual size, turn off “Fit to page” and printer headers/footers, and choose a margin your printer supports. Keep the printed orientation shown above when loading the mat.
Fine-tune cut alignment
If the error grows across the sheet, adjust width or height scale first. If every cut is shifted equally, adjust its position. These settings affect all cut outlines and their spacing on this sheet; printing stays the same.
Below 100% makes cuts smaller; above 100% makes them larger. Positive shifts move right/down; negative shifts move left/up. Scale is measured from the paper’s top-left corner. Adjust size first, then position, and check both ends of the sheet.
New scale = current scale × target span ÷ measured cut span. For example, a 100 mm span cutting at 102 mm needs 98.0392% from a 100% starting scale. Compare matching reference points and include the intended outline border. Check printer Actual size and matching paper size first.
Saved per sheet, with Undo/Redo. Pink lines preview the adjustments. Test on plain paper first; manual adjustments cannot correct a crooked sheet or inconsistent feeding.
Original Cameo 5 with AutoBlade in holder 1 and holder 2 empty. Cut sets your blade depth, reads all three marks, then cuts the outlines. Use the same depth for all outline layers; force, speed and passes can differ. Keep marks clear of artwork and laminate. If scanning fails, no outlines are sent. Each run disconnects afterward; unload and reconnect for the next sheet. The paper / pen trial remains available to check alignment.
