CutArc is a web-based software application that generates G-code for CNC plasma cutting machines. The Service allows users to create designs, configure cutting parameters, and export G-code files.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Pricing

CutArc is currently free to use. All features are available to all users at no cost. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans or optional premium features in the future, with advance notice to users.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by CutArc. You retain ownership of designs you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your designs for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Generated G-code will be suitable for your specific machine
• Results will meet your expectations

IMPORTANT: You are solely responsible for verifying G-code compatibility with your equipment and ensuring safe operation. Always review generated code before running on your CNC machine.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CUTARC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Equipment damage from using generated G-code
• Personal injury resulting from machine operation
• Lost profits or business interruption
• Data loss or corruption

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CutArc from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or Service notification.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the profile settings.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.
